The jab is a light punch that will be thrown with the non-dominant hand. Dominant hand matches up with any of the even numbered punches. Think about your non-dominant hand matching up with odd numbered punches. Even numbered punches are thrown with the left. If you’re left handed, any odd numbered punches are thrown with your right hand. Even numbered punches are thrown with the right.
